Seven Prayer Minister Teams (7pm teams)

Want to make a deeper commitment to praying for Poland?

There are even more prayer requests for each region in Poland. If you want to personally pray, or start a group to pray for Poland, choose one of the cities listed on the map below to see the prayer requests for that region.

There are there are sixteen regions (like provinces or states) within Poland. The map to the left identifies the 16 central cities of those regions.

Click on the name of the city for the region you choose to pray for this month. You will be provided with information on the number of known evangelical churches and missionaries in that region and the prayer requests which have been given to us specifically for that region.

Print off the printable version of those requests and pass on the prayer request lists to others who will join you in praying for Poland.

For those who have a deep commitment to praying for Poland, we suggest that you form a 7pm team. A “Seven Prayer Ministers Team” (7pm Team) is a group of seven individuals who will each commit to pray for Poland.

If you are interested in forming a 7pm team, follow these steps:

  1. Decide who will be part of your group (If you do not have seven people - one for each day of the week, go ahead and start praying with those you have and ask God to provide others who will join you.)
  2. Register your 7pm team on the “Get Started” page. (Please note that the information you provide will not be shared with anyone else, it is purely for registering the existence and location of 7pm teams.)
  3. Choose which region you will begin to pray for.
  4. Set up the first meeting, during which you should:
    • Have each person choose which the day of the week they will commit to pray for Poland. Since there is no correct formula to prayer, we leave it to each individual to prayerfully consider how God would want him/her to carry out this commitment. And recognize that even within a 7pm team, each person could fulfill their commitment differently.
    • Pass out the copies you made of the printable version of the requests for the region you have chosen.
    • Take time to pray as a group for that region.
    • Set the date of next month’s meeting for your 7pm team.
  5. As you encounter others who want to join you, once your group reaches seven members, suggest that new groups be formed. Any new group formed should start this process over again.

Schools and Sunday School classes can also follow this same format. If you are willing to be the contact person for a school, a grade class or Sunday School class which will pray for Poland, please register for a school/class.
